DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and moderate DFMEA creation/review meetings.Contribute to engineering team problem solving discussions / meetings.Train/ coach engineering teams in proper use of DFMEA tools and methodology.Create / Monitor / Improve DFMEA templates by product line.Review Lessons Learned and validation failures and update FMEA templates to enhance failure avoidance.Support the design review and approval process.Collaborate closely with Aptiv's engineering centers and customers to develop DFMEAs as defined by project scope.Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturing and quality teams to align with DFMEA methodology and templates with PFMEAs and Control Plans.Support internal / external audits; ensuring adherence to customer specific requirements (especially DFMEA & special characteristics) as defined by IATF.REQUIREMENTS, Competencies/Skills(indicate whether R - required or P - prefered)Engineering degree (R)Ability to read technical and project documentati...
