Devsecops Team Lead — Secure Cloud & Automation

Deel is seeking a Dev Sec Ops Team Lead to bridge Security, Operations, and Engineering. You will guide a team delivering a Security-as-Code ecosystem with automated guardrails, self-service security tools, and expert architectural guidance.You will own policy-as-code, secure cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes security while coordinating with product and engineering leadership to embed security in the discovery phase.
