• IT operations management

• Familiarity with DSS and IM8 compliance
• StackOps for post‑launch service health monitoring
• Experience managing post‑launch government digital services SHIP‑ (GitLab, Fortify, WebInspect, Sonatype Nexus IQ)
• GCC AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform)
