## Developer Experience Team LeadThis role leads the Developer Experience (DevEx) central hub, responsible for improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organisation. The focus is simple: remove friction, increase productivity, and ensure the developer platform is secure, reliable, and scalable. You’ll own the strategy and evolution of core engineering capabilities across CI/CD, deployment and developer platforms. Acting as both team lead and product owner, you’ll align platform direction with developer needs and business priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role.
