About the Role

The beginning of your journey at Madbox as an SRE Engineer: you will meet your team, discover who is who, engage with everyone involved in your missions, get familiar with our stack, environment, tools and processes, play our games, and take ownership to tackle your missions.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Design the backend infrastructure to host our Gaming Backend projects (APIs, Game Servers, Storage solutions).
• Alert the right team.
• Give clear criticality information to define how quickly the issue needs to be solved.
• Define SLA processes for each level of criticality to keep the service available.
• Provide context from metrics and logs on dashboards.
