We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, which manages payment engine applications for international and cross‑border payments. The main platform is Dovetail, supported by several Java‑based applications.
What will you do?
- Support deployments and configurations of payment processing applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot applications in production.
- Ensure system reliability and availability following DevOps and SRE best practices.
- Work with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
- Apply ITIL concepts for incident, problem, and change management.
- Use automation tools (e.g., Ansible) to improve efficiency.
- Provide occasional out‑of‑office hours support for critical run/deployment activities (remote possible).
