Qualifications 8+ years of experience. Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace. Experience with cloud technologies GCP / Azure. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management. Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon) and share the on-call rota for out-of-business hours to manage critical applications. Advocate of Agile delivery practices. Experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production. Operating systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris. Monitoring and alerting tools: Splunk, Net IQ, Tivoli, Dynatrace. Dev Ops, GCP. HTML5/React JS/Kafka/Zuul/Eureka based apps. Automation and scheduling (TWS, Jenkins, Urban Code).
