About the Role
We are looking for a technically grounded Engineering Manager with a strong background in CI/CD and SDLC tooling to lead a distributed DevOps Tooling team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, where you will be responsible for team coordination, delivery management, and stakeholder communication, while staying close to the technical work — reviewing pipeline architecture, guiding engineers, and unblocking the team. The team focuses on application‑side DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment processes, and engineering governance. This role does not cover infrastructure or networking.
