Core Responsibilities
- Lead the automation of day-to-day operations required to support our 1000+ customers.
- Design and deploy complex systems and network solutions that ensure 24x7 availability.
- Automate data backups and recovery operations in virtual environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of complex system problems in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Automate Hypervisor deployments.
- Build, maintain, and provide support for Synology storage systems.
- Maintain and upgrade operating systems across multiple platforms, including Windows, OSX, Linux, BSD, etc.
- Manage VMWare, Proxmox, and OpenStack virtualization environments.
- Conduct research and development of new technologies, and develop Proof of Concept demos.
