Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH)
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services
- Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure‑by‑design principles
- Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud‑native development
- Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption
