Role Summary/Purpose
Wabtec is currently looking to hire an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join our expanding cloud technology hub. The Dev Ops AWS Engineer will be responsible for automating and supporting Wabtec Enterprise Tools cloud-based platforms and services in an agile environment.
Responsible for defining and automating a wide range of cloud-based middleware platforms, Paa S offerings, and Saa S offerings in a fast-paced and agile environment using the latest cloud technologies and infrastructure Support a growing catalog of cloud-based middleware and developer tools such as Gitlab, IBM MQ, Red Hat Fuse, Xwiki, Akana, and more Leverage tools such as Terraform, Chef, Git Lab, and other Dev Ops tooling to automate our cloud-based platforms Demonstrate the ability to mentor less experienced team members by helping to remove blocking issues communicated by team member during daily Agile stand-up meetings Adhere to goals, SLAs, and deadlines for all projects and support t...
