Your Role

The Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team is looking for a Development Quality Lead to join our team focused on ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines and deliverables, and ensuring the transition to quality volume production.

• Responsible for the achievement of quality targets during development steps for one or several vehicles.
• Responsible for delivery of APQP-PPAP processes and documentation.
• In charge of activities to avoid issue recurrence, control of risks, and manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).
• Ensures the achievement of project quality targets defined by BCI Department.
• Responsible for efficient communication between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.
