We are a boutique real estate development firm building communities across southern Ontario. Our firm has an extensive portfolio of varied residential projects, with a focus on multi-family residential development. As we continue to invest in properties, we are looking to grow our team with the addition of a development planner.
We're looking for an energetic and motivated self-starter with experience in planning and development to support our development manager in overseeing all facets of our projects. The successful candidate will be based out of our Vaughan office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and secure various development approvals—including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Draft Plan of Subdivision, and Site Plan Agreements
Successfully liaise with consultants, municipal staff, politicians, neighbours, and other relevant stakeholders in obtaining planning approvals
Review development proposals and site plans...
