Your Role at IPECC

• Development Management – Lead projects from concept through feasibility, funding applications (CMHC, ISC, CHRT, etc.), and approvals.
• Design Oversight – Manage architects, engineers, and consultants through all phases, ensuring design excellence, constructability, and alignment with client vision.
