Development Manager, Internal Logistics

We are seeking a development manager for our logistics center in Kauhajoki to systematically develop our internal logistics operations, improve quality and efficiency, and renew operational models. In this role, you will influence warehouse performance, data-driven management, and the development of modern operational practices in collaboration with the operational organization.

Role overview

• Developing warehouse processes, systems, and operational models to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Optimizing core processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping), process flow, and throughput times using Lean principles
