Development Lead (Hybrid)

A well-established insurance company in Johannesburg North is seeking a Software Development Lead to take charge of the technical evolution of their self-service digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.

This is a strategic role responsible for delivering seamless digital experiences for customers amongst other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer self-service web and mobile platforms
• Drive improvements in website performance, digital analytics and reporting
• Oversee architecture within the development project
• Ensure best practice across SDLC and development frameworks
• Collaborate closely with various technical and digital teams

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a software developer (C#, API and Flutter experience)
