Development Engineer (Fixed Term)

Napier City Council is seeking a skilled Development Engineer for a fixed term period until September 2026 to play a pivotal role in shaping the city’s infrastructure. You will be responsible for reviewing engineering and consent applications, ensuring that new development and assets meet Council standards and legislative requirements. Acting as a trusted point of contact for developers, consultants, property owners, and internal teams, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance that helps keep projects on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
