Development Director

121 is looking for a highly skilled and visionary Developer Director to lead our team. As the Developer Director, you will play a pivotal role in problem anticipation, task definition, technical support, and decision-making, allowing our developers to focus on their designated tasks and ensuring the overall success of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Scoping and Timeline Assessment (includes Assisting team members with Hourly Estimates)
- Technical Support for Web-Related Client Queries
- Functionality and General QA + Signoff on Launch
- Design Evaluation (to ensure development feasability / within budget etc)
- Integration Conversations and Decision-Making
**Technical Skills**:
- Shopify/Wordpress Themes and plugins customization and development from scratch: Advanced level
- Top aesthetics and animation in Frontend (including CSS): Advanced level
