The Central Technology (CT) organization accelerates creative opportunity and progress at EA. Within CT, the Creative Innovation team sits at the intersection of emerging technology, creative craft, and game‑making – developing tools, partnerships, and breakthroughs that help EA’s studios create more ambitiously. The Development Director role leads co‑development programs with external AI partners and EA studios, bringing generative AI tools and workflows into game production to amplify creativity and accelerate content creation. As a program leader on this team, you will manage multi‑project engagements across EA studios, central teams, and external partners, from discovery through delivery. You will report to the group’s Senior Development Director.
