Location: Remote within The Netherlands / Office-based in Madrid, Spain / Office-based in Copenhagen, Denmark
Duration: Full time, permanent
Salary Range: €80,000 to €90,000 annually
Overview
The Fundraising Director leads and delivers Oceana’s fundraising and partnership activities across Europe, playing a critical role in securing the long‑term financial sustainability of Oceana’s work. In close collaboration with multiple teams in Europe and globally, the role is responsible for designing and implementing the European fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on building and managing relationships with institutional donors, foundations, major donors and strategic partners.
