Job Description Overview

The Development Coordinator (Multifamily) will assist in monitoring, directing, and communicating the development vision and process for multi‑family projects. Key tasks include entitlements, new product development, site planning, site servicing efficiency, detailed building design and engineering, internal approvals, all regulatory approvals, project turnover to condominium boards or operators, and cost accounting and controls for project development budgets.
