Hamilton Aquatics is seeking a dedicated Development Coach to join our dynamic coaching team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing young swimmers into competitive athletes while fostering a love of the sport.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions for Foundation, Development, and Potential squads, following the Head of Development’s directions.
- Deliver technique‑focused, skill‑enhancing sessions aligned with Hamilton Aquatics philosophy.
- Track swimmer attendance, set individual targets, and adapt training plans to meet progress.
- Promote competition participation, advise on event selection, and attend local and overseas competitions as needed.
- Recruit swimmers into squads and identify talent from the Learn to Swim programme to build full squads and a strong pipeline.
