Development and Administrative Assistant

Location: REGINA
Hours of Work: 25-30 hours per week, evenings and weekend availability - as determined by the needs of the program.
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Community Education, the Development and Administrative Assistant is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and upkeep of our Learning Management System (LMS) which we will be using to distribute information regarding gender-based violence to outside organizations. This individual will work collaboratively with the other Community Programs staff and Director of Training and Development to contribute to a positive workplace culture. The role is responsible for ensuring that LMS works effectively and efficiently, and will work within the guidelines, policies, and mission of the agency.
