Job Description

Working as part of a cross‑functional team, you lead RDQ activities to complete packaging design and deployment for innovation, growth, and productivity projects across multiple geographies, emphasizing the delivery of the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

Independently coordinate technical work for projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. Determine appropriate packaging specification information using sampling, supplier management, pilot‑plant, and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. Develop packaging design, specifications, scale‑up, commissioning, and plan for effective resource use, including external agencies and suppliers.
