Responsibilities
- Lead and govern end-to-end development activities across SAP and non SAP components.
- Own technical design interpretation and build execution in line with approved architectures.
- Manage and mentor development teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards compliance.
- Oversee delivery of custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, code quality, and SDLC best practices.
- Coordinate unit testing, defect resolution, and technical support activities.
- Provide accurate estimates, progress tracking, and delivery reporting.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical and development challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Developer Lead.
Total 10 years of experience in IT Industry.
