**General Description**:
The Development Lead is tasked to lead automation development by managing delivery teams throughout the automation journey. The Development Lead will oversee development work and act as an interface for stakeholder management for the Americas Region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Acts as an interface for stakeholder management (escalations) where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Developer, Auditor/Tester, Solution Architect, Process owners and other stakeholders to standardize requirements and technical specifications.
- Get involved with local teams and operations to provide technical support for the implementation or development of any technology.

- Oversees all implementation/process development activities by dev pods, as directed by the CoE Lead.
