Responsibilities
- Interpret business / customer requirements to provide timely solutions
- Response time, reaction time, turnaround time in line with SLA
- Accurate and timely advice to customers and or stakeholders
- Maintain and develop enhancements for daily operations
- Attend to change of applications and reports
- Troubleshoot and attend to problems with applications and processes
- Maintain relationships with all divisions within the Bank
Internal Processes KPAs
- Design and develop fully functional software programs
- Provide information with regards to applications which have been developed, and sign off documentation
- Create installation and user manuals
