Lead SFMC Developer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud with deep hands‑on expertise across Automation Studio, Journey Builder, complex audience segmentation, Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and enterprise integrations. This role will work in a pharma environment with strong data governance sensibilities and will translate business objectives into scalable omnichannel journeys, partnering with platform architects and leading technical design.
Key Responsibilities
- SFMC Architecture & Development
- Lead the build and optimization of journeys in Journey Builder, including multi‑branch paths, triggers, decision splits, and event‑based orchestration.
