Developer – Digital Strategy - Expert IAM/CIAM

Your Day to Day

As a Senior CIAM Architect & Developer, you will work independently on the analysis, security architecture, and technical validation required to modernize our customer identity management ecosystem. Your main mission will be to externalize authentication from Salesforce to a dedicated Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solution (initially assessing Microsoft Entra External ID).

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Current-State Analysis & Mapping: Auditing the existing customer identity lifecycle (account creation, password resets, deactivations) and mapping all internal/external applications consuming these customer identities.

• Target Architecture Design: Defining the target architecture, synchronization flows, and detailed technical diagrams ensuring Salesforce remains the Golden Source while delegating authentication to the new CIAM platform.
