Overview 6-Month Contract Opportunity*** This role is responsible for technical assistance, resolving helpdesk tickets & fulfilling service requests in line with service level agreements defined along with taking ownership and communicating on progress. Performing builds, managing and maintaining Build room, receipt and storage of goods and Assets, Asset provisioning and decommissioning, asset tagging. Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Perform Desktop builds Manage and maintain Build rooms. Receipt and storage of goods and assets Asset tagging Asset commissioning and decommissioning Assist with hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.
