Desktop Support Technician

Disruptive IT (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join a leading enterprise IT environment in Cape Town. We are looking for a hands‑on, customer‑focused technician who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and end‑user support.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Perform device installations, replacements and upgrades.
• Configure printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Support user account administration and password resets.
• Log, update and resolve incidents within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
