Desktop Support Specialist - Windows, macOS & Remote

Axiom Technologies in Zürich is seeking a motivated IT Technician to provide desktop support and handle incidents for a global IT services partner. You will configure new workstations, support Windows, macOS, and Linux, and help maintain asset records while engaging with end users.

With 1+ year of experience, you will use ServiceNow/Zendesk/JIRA to manage requests, collaborate with IT teams, and contribute to security and patching processes in a dynamic setting, on-site in Zürich.
