We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech to join our team in Mexicali, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective actions.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
Proficient in Windows operating system.
Solid client service skills.
Skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
