Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech

Location: Mexicali, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).

• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Identify potential issues that could adversely impact the end‑user experience and take corrective actions.
• Apply strong knowledge of Windows operating systems to maintain and support client hardware.

• Strong knowledge and proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Solid client service skills.
• Additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
