StepStone Group's Information Technology team in Switzerland is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to keep our local office running smoothly. You will act as the first line of support for staff, triaging incidents and guiding users through technical issues on PCs, printers, mobiles, and business apps.

You'll contribute to the Knowledge Base, assist with basic networking, and participate in IT projects.
