Local Site Support (LSS) – Scope of Services 1. End-User IT Support Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Manage device provisioning, deprovisioning, and temporary replacements. Deliver user guidance and resolve day-to-day IT issues. Coordinate with Level 2 support teams for advanced troubleshooting. 2. Office IT Infrastructure Support Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of office IT services, including networking, printing, connectivity, voice, and workplace technologies. Support network devices, Wi-Fi, LAN, access points, switches, and routers. Assist with AV equipment, digital signage, smart office solutions, and workplace monitors. Provide onsite support during maintenance activities, escalations, and audits. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for repairs and replacements.
