Role: Desktop Support Engineer Certifications that would be an advantage
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
- ITIL Foundation (for service/support basics)
- Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST IT Support)
This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers; you will be responsible for providing prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. In addition, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.
Responsibilities- Perform Desktop Support services to users – receive, prioritize, document and actively resolve end user help requests.
- Escalate incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
- Perform imaging/re-imaging of devices.
- Perform tech refresh on devices.
