Desktop Support Engineer (Onsite – Madrid Spain)

We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Morocco Rabat.

Location: Madrid ESMM01 Mendez Alvaro Madrid

Work Mode: Fully Onsite (5 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform basic office infrastructure troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance for EIT services (printing, connectivity, platform, voice).
• Install, test, and remove basic network devices such as switches, routers, and access points, including support for site/core equipment inside office (e.g., out‑of‑band, firewall, NAC, DNS, security).
• Conduct network connectivity troubleshooting (e.g., Wi‑Fi, LAN).
