Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 7/10) and Microsoft Office (2007–2022, O365).
  
• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in workgroup and domain environments.
  
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and replace components like RAM, HDD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.
  
• Install and troubleshoot applications, antivirus software, and resolve malware/virus issues.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email-related problems.
  
• Provide L1 and remote support using tools like Any Desk, TeamViewer, VNC, etc.
