Desktop Support Engineer: MacOS & Autopilot Specialist

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver technical support both onsite and remotely. You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT incidents, facilitating employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate IT asset records.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology and at least 2 years of experience in a relevant support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and MacOS is essential, along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
