Key Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop hardware . Support and maintenance of Windows Operating Systems . Configure and troubleshoot Email Clients (Outlook, Exchange, Office 365) . Manage and troubleshoot Anti-virus / Endpoint Security solutions . Handle Windows patches and WSUS updates . Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, and basic networking issues . Configure and manage IP Addressing, DNS, and DHCP . User management in Active Directory (AD) including password reset, user creation, group policy basics, and access management. Support Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, MS Office Suite . Troubleshoot and configure Printers, Scanners, and network printers . Support Video Conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.). Perform Backup and Restore activities for user data. Manage Mobile devices and associated software/applications .
