Responsibilities
- Support software deployment, updates, and security patches on employees’ devices.
- Oversee compliance with security policies and address vulnerabilities.
- Provide Level 2 support: resolve escalated technical incidents requiring system-level or network policy intervention.
- Manage Active Directory user lifecycle (creation, deletion, modification) and apply/maintain Group Policies (GPOs).
Qualifications
- Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Endpoint management knowledge.
- Monitoring and security experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Solid client service skills.
- A+ desktop or equivalent certification required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
