Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, and security-related technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Assist in the setup of new IT equipment.
Qualifications:
- Friendly with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- A solid understanding of computer hardware/software, including operating systems (Windows/Mac), O365 Suite, and network fundamentals.
