Desktop Support Agent- Tier 1

**Position Title**:Desktop Agent
- Tier 1
**Schedule**: Monday to Sunday within the range of 7 am to 7 pm total of 40 hours a week with 2 days off, rotating weekends & extended support until 10 pm CST is expected every other month(extended and weekends is based on needs that are not constant and might include US Holidays)
