Desktop Support Administrator
We are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator who will:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
- Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
- Proactively identify process gaps and recommend solutions
- Track and manage hardware and software inventory
- Provide provisioning and support for printers and mobile devices
- Collaboratively resolve client requests and technical issues with team members, partners and vendors
- Document all trouble tickets with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures
- Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided
- Determine the scope of the trouble ticket and the responsible department
