You will tackle tier 3 support requests, work on application delivery, and build compliance strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve incidents and tier 3 support challenges
• Deliver and package custom applications effectively
• Create and test Intune and Group Policy Objects
• Maintain compliance policies and monitor endpoint health
• Support MECM and Intune service management
