Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support for end-user computing issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email, printers, and basic network connectivity.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the IT service management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform user account support , including password resets and access issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams when required
- Coordinate with onsite engineers for advanced troubleshooting and user support
- Follow up with end users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLA)
- Assist in IT equipment setup, deployment, and basic configuration tasks
