We are seeking an experienced Tier 2 Deskside Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support to end users in a corporate environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access‑related issues while delivering exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support through phone, email, ticketing systems, remote support tools, and in‑person assistance
