Deskside IT Support Specialist - L1

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a relevant certification, and foundational knowledge of troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues.

Additionally, knowledge of the Bloomberg application and experience with audio-visual devices is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and excellent grooming standards are required. This role is essential for ensuring efficient IT service delivery.
