Jeemca is seeking a talented and experienced Designer with a BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) certification to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing the design of residential additions and renovations, ensuring that all designs comply with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create detailed design plans for residential additions, renovations, and remodels that align with client requirements and the Ontario Building Code. Develop innovative and functional designs that maximize space, aesthetic appeal, and structural integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to the latest Ontario Building Code regulations, prepare and submit documentation for permit applications, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legislation.
